ACCESS TO MARKETS
Iowa is in the heart of an eight-state market of nearly 900,000 businesses and 33.8 million people with a total of $884 billion in personal income. We're located at the hub of America's most traveled thoroughfares: Interstates 35 and 80 intersect in the center of the state and Interstate 29 serves as a direct route to Kansas City and Canada; and to Mexico on Interstate 35. Iowa also has excellent rail and air connections to all major markets and is bordered on the east and west by the Mississippi and Missouri Rivers, navigable to the Gulf of Mexico.
