HOW IS PFSA USED
- Assist communities in providing the needed public infrastructure to a business investing in the State and creating employment
opportunities
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
- Maximum award - $500,000
- Typical projects - Extension of sewer/water lines and treatment facility improvements
- Process typically takes 30 days from application submission
SOME REQUIREMENT
- Low and moderate income benefit
- Public hearing required
- Environmental review
- Davis-Bacon law applied for labor standards and wage rate for construction funded with
assistance
